For Framework Agreement Customers

For orders of goods placed within the framework or on the basis of an existing framework agreement between Konica Minolta and the purchaser, the provisions of the respective framework agreement shall apply. 
 

For Individual Customers/Contracts

For orders of goods that are not based on an individual framework agreement between Konica Minolta and the purchaser, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Konica Minolta in the version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
